Registering any of our shareware EPOC applications is extremely simple.

All you need to do is visit the PocketIQ.com website and from there follow the registration links.

When you register a particular program, please ensure you have the latest version installed on your computer, this will allow for a trouble free registration process. Please also have either your computers unique identifier (UID) or application's serial number to hand when registering. The 'Shareware information' dialog box in the application you're registering will inform you of what registration information you will need to supply, e.g. whether you will need to provide the UID or the serial number. The UID or serial number will be displayed within the 'Shareware information' dialog box depending on which registration system the application uses. Please be careful when copying the UID or serial number into the registration form presented to you when registering, as most problems related to regsitering software relate to mis-typed UID's or serial numbers.

With the correct details and a valid e-mail address, you should recieve your unlocking-code to register your chosen application within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Usually codes are sent out promptly, but it can range from anywhere between 2 minutes and a few days.

When you recieve your unlocking-code please enter it into the program exactly as its appears in the registration code e-mail or letter - the registration system is case-sensitive as well as code-sensitive and will not work if codes are entered differently. You also need to enter your name as you wish it to appear on the registration info, but the way you enter your name does not affect the registration process.
